Basically theres a popular UK and US site with a massive flaw and im looking to improve on the UK version using my new ideas for it, i have all the ideas ready and a business plan prepared, i have spoken to people who would use the site and they are impressed with the concept

I require $3500 investment, as well as a business partner who can assist in decision making etc (this is not a requirement, mainly the capital)
