I am Looking for an investor for the purchase of very profitable business in Ontario, Canada. The business is for sale for about 5M CDN. Seller has made arrangements with a lender but I will need about 20% upfront. Willing to pay 10% interest and 20% of the the net profit. This year net profit is 750,000 with potential to increase to 1M next year from the sales in the funnel.
