Looking for 5 Partners for a Test

I always read tons of posts on here about people wanting to take part in business but they don't have the skill to make a website, or they don't have money to put in, or they can't think of an idea. My 'test' requires no money, no website development skills, and anyone with half a brain can do it. If the idea works then we can repeat it and keep doing it over and over and ideally make significant passive income. If it doesn't work then you spent some time and learned a new thing or two...

I'd like to try a test with about 5 other people and see if anything comes out of it. I own a few static sites where I generate passive Adsense revenue. The best Cost-Per-Click I receive is from my credit card site down to a football site which doesn't get anywhere near as much.

What is the test?

The test is we will identify a topic that receives a high Cost Per Click. We will then develop an informational type of site focusing on this topic and put Adsense throughout the site. After the site is built comes the hard part, we have to promote the hell out of it everywhere we can online (i.e. in forums, message boards, free posting sites, craigslist, etc...) and track the traffic using Google Analytics to see of all the places we promoted it, what is the top 2 or 3 that is driving traffic to it, and then we focus on those 2 or 3 places and keep promoting the hell out of it there. And then we see from an Adsense perspective if the site is generating any revenue. If the site generates a decent amount of revenue then we really focus on building up the SEO for the site, and expand by adding extra content and see if we can get one of the top 5 search results in Google and ideally generate a good amount of passive revenue and then start on a second site (if the first site works out well).

What can I bring to the Group?
I can build a basic website, nothing that will wow you, but something respectable (look at UsedShoe.com or CelebrityFeuds.com for two examples of sites I've built).
I can have the site hosted on one of my GoDaddy hosting accounts at no cost.
I bring some SEO knowledge to the group. If you go to Google and search for the keywords "celebrity feuds" or "celebrity fights" you'll see my CelebrityFeuds.com site is in the top 3 results.

What my partners will bring to the Group?
I need one of two people who are very good writers and will write the content for the site after we decide on a topic.
I need all five people to have free time to promote the hell out of the site. You'll need to Google for message boards, forums, anywhere and promote promote promote the site to build up those backlinks (which will help the SEO for the site).

Any revenue the site makes will be split equally between all members and will be paid out via Paypal.
