Large Scale Music and Arts Festival looking for investors

We are in the works of creating a new and exciting Music Festival in the southeast. My team and I have over 10 years of experience in this field and have decided to take our production company to the next level. we are looking for SERIOUS investors only. A business plan is set and all we need is Capital. Our PR firm is waiting on us to move forward with pre promotion for next year. We are expecting this festival to start out at a minimum of 50,000 attendees and within 3 years will grow to over 100,000 +. The sky is the limit. we have a great working relationship with all the major radio stations and with Budweiser, Coka-cola and many others for sponsorships. Which means you may see a return on your investment within 18 months. THIS IS NO JOKE! We also have a 300 acre farm for a venue and all permits are waiting to be signed once we get capital. We are planning on booking a 3 day event with 3, very popular, headliners and fill out the bill with 12 co-headliners and then local and regional artists. This will also be a arts festival which will make the event all ages. HUGE PROFIT MARGINS IN THE MILLIONS!!!!

We have two prospected areas. Our first spot is south of Atlanta GA.. with a city of 6,000,000 people and its not far for the traveling types from Jacksonville Fl, Tallahasee Fl, Macon Ga, Augusta Ga, Birmingham AL, North and South Car. Nashville TN. and our other is in between Kansas City and St Loius. But we already have the land in GA ready to start building out for Venue needs. I'll tell you if you are interested in being an investor i DO NOT joke about this kind of stuff, We are ready to succeed. The headliners that we have on retainer will draw a minimum of 50,000 in attendance no matter where we do this annual festival. Are you and interested investor by chance?
