I was debating whether this should go here or in the classifieds section. Since it’s a direct request for money I decided to put it here.
I am a Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) car note broker looking for investors who would like to make a guaranteed 15% a year on their money. For those of you who do not know what a BHPH car note is, it is the financial instrument created when someone finances a car purchase at the dealership where they are purchasing the car. They are an incredibly secure investment, and require no work on your part. The dealer who sold the car continues to collect payment on the car and them remits each payment to us, who then send the consolidated payments to you once a month.
I offer this service at no extra fee, which is unusual. Most note brokers leave you to collect the note on your own and they make you deal with the repossession of the car if the payer defaults on the note.
Because of the volume at which I buy notes from dealerships I have negotiated to have them to collect notes on my behalf, and instantly replace any note that is not paid on time. Ownership of the note reverts back to them and they replace it with a performing note with no interruption of payment. They are willing to do this for two reasons.
1) They can repossess the car, refurbish it and sell it again with in a few days. It’s an expensive process for them but they can still make money as long as not every note defaults (only 8-15% do).
2) They want to keep my business. I buy notes in large batches of 300-500K at a time. I’m not a small time broker and I can take their entire debt portfolio.
Because I do not have exclusive brokering rights to my dealerships’ notes I will not revel my sources to potential investors or make the notes available for view before sale. I have been screwed too many times by people cutting me out and going straight to the dealer. What I do have is a letter from my attorney attesting that I have access to, or direct ownership of millions of dollars of notes. It also guarantees that I am not lying about the interest rates investors stand to make. You are welcome to research my attorney, once you have the letter, and to call his office to verify its legitimacy.
I only provide the letter to those who have sent me a signed Letter of Intent to buy $20,000 worth of notes or more. Sorry, but I have no interest in wasting my time sending it to every tire kicker.
If you know anyone who might be interested I give a 1% commission for any investor you refer. My average investor buys $100,000 of notes, which would mean $1000 to you.
