It does not get any easier...

I am seeking investors or possible partner to help with upcoming events. Such as Christmas, New Years and Valentines day club events. I am an experience promoter with past successful events. And a brand name. You won't be requried to do any admin tasks, promo work etc. but you are encouraged to attend. I bring the people, I put in the long hours. The investment needed is 4k. Required 4 weeks before the initial event . I am offering 6k in return the night of the event which is priority and the only espense for the night. What is the investment used for you ask? venue rental (which you can write money order/check to the name of the company/venue). This venue will be well-known and accredited within my city. If interested and would like more information or to request a meeting/conference please PM me ASAP. I will discuss my marketing strategy, value proposition for guests, number of guests, my experience, and most importantly define a wining strategy for all parties involved. Thanks

Where do these events take place? Also, if you are offering a 125% return, this 4,000 would become 9,000 in four weeks? Are there any guarantees?

In Washington, DC. I revised the initial post. The retrun on 4k, would be 6k. and yes there guarantees providing the marketing plan and past successful events and a solid contract. If anyone is wondering how these numbers are met. I charge a cover fee, sell VIP tables, VIP packages and receive a percentage of bar sales from the venue.

So you are basically saying "Let me use your 4.000 for some four weeks and you will get 6.000 in return?"

....basically, Although I never have the actual funds in my possession because they go directly to the establishment and my already established budget will go into promotion, flyers, staff, entertainment etc.

You realize if you take the money off a credit card, even as a cash advance, you would still be paying significantly less interest?
It would make no sense for any investor to take this risk when you could take the risk yourself with a better return.

You didn't specify your young age and lack of credit history, which makes it even more risky and less likely that someone would loan you money. I think it was assumed that you were at least 21 since you are promoting nightclub events, guess I was wrong.
