Is this an investment scam? I need HELP....

Hy everyone,this is my first post...

I was looking for an investment to start an online business,and i posted my profile up to mycapital.com

After a few hours an investment company representative called me,and asked if i could send him my business plan or executive summary.He gave me a Hotmail.com email adress,which is odd i think itself...
By the way hes name is Ale*ander K*linsky (i spelled *,so that search engines wont crawl this forum because of the name)

Anyway,after i sent him my executive summary,he then called the next day that he looked it over with hes investor and that they want to invest in my project.Also asked if i want an equity or a loan...And that if we could meet the next day in Zurich..? I replied that i cant,its too soon,and then he suggested that we meet in Milan in 3 days time.Why does he want to meet me so early,especially when he hasnt even seen my whole business plan ?
I really dont know how these things work,since i have no experience with investors,but it all seems so strange...

If anyone could help i would really appreciate it,and also how does this whole process usually work ???

The hotmail email is not a good early indication and i would be very careful,why dont you reply by suggesting can you bring a solicitor with you as support i bet you wont hear from him again.

I asked if there is a laywer needed with me or anything and he said that i can bring him,but its not necessary yet,because the investor just wants to talk about the project in whole and exchange some information....I have searched the name and the email aswell as the number,but i cant find anything that would confirm whether these guys are wrong or right,but adding it all up ,it seems to lean into the wrong section.....Its just crazy to think,that i never really wont know for sure,whos legit and whos not.Since two weeks ago when i posted my project i have been getting emails and calls from different investors,from a few from Canada and a dozen from Europe.Ive only sent my project to one more investor from UK,and that was a week ago,havent heard from him...i quess he wasnt interested,but he also had a Yahoo email ,which is weird.
Im getting a feeling that ,im not going to find any investors from sites like that,because this is the perfect place for scammers and people who just want to steal others ideas.
Problably gonna have to approach a big international company....

'he said that i can bring him' that inspires a bit of confidence but even if you cant afford to get the services of a solicitor take a mate not only for support but to give the illusion that you mean business.Please note this only a suggestion
