However, each investor must note that the amount he/she invests will affect his/her return. This is a serious business that has great potential. Obviously you didn't read what I wrote too well. I do know how much I need. What I said is that I am looking for investors who are looking to invest what they choose. Basically saying, I am gathering investors to invest small amounts instead of looking for one person to invest the entire amount. I can't tell you what you are going to get back unless I know what you're going to invest. A person who invests $5,000 isn't going to get the same return as someone to invest $15,000. And I know exactly what I am doing. I have been in this business for over a year now. I have traveled, networked, and learned a lot. I have a business plan, I have layouts, and anything else that a investors wants to see or need to know about the company.

If you are not interested, just save your time in writing nonsense on the topic and move on to another topic that interests you.

Sorry I agree with Roger... you are the one writing non-sense. Dont be critical of the people giving you advise. Even if it is negative. You will never get an investor this way. Let me re write it for you.

If you invest, your return will be x% paid monthly. (optional, You will get x% ownership of my business) This is a serious business that has great potential. It is a niche approach to the ____________ industry.

At least have levels of investment. It doesn't seem professional to imply that you'll accept an investment of $1137.34 from whoever has than in their savings. You could say you are seeking investors looking to invest $1000 and up, or in increments of $500.

First impressions...let people know what kind of returns you are offering.

I guess you didn't come here for advice though, only for investment. This forum is really more oriented to advice...not investing and raising capital.

If you are seeking private persons to invest small funds, those are not interested about your business plan. put the website business running, show them earnings and growth only. its like a stock market.
