Investors needed for Concert, Good return !

Greetings all !

If interested, me and my partners are looking for investors for upcoming concerts we will be hosting and putting together in New York City early 2009.
We have connections to get "hot" artist for a lower price and we have a venue that seats 3,500 willing to lower the price down for rental.

We are heading into a right direction with our company, we have a pending sponsorship with a major company. That company has requested a proposal from us, so lets see what happens.

We have a few investors who are also interested in this business.
There is a 25-30% return on your investment for the first concert.

Right now we are looking to book T-pain for a decent price, and also inquiring on information on the band Gym Class Heroes. Also to make things interesting, i'm contacting Eminems agent to inquire rates and tour information to book him.

I believe this is a great investment for any individual looking to make alot of money. We will sellout a venue and will get artist for a lower market price.
