I have £30k knocking about and i'm looking to get involved in getting something up and running / invest in a business that's already trading.

I have an extensive building background and whether it is that sector or something different I will be able to help / bring to the table my extensive land acquisition / planning knowledge or of course build / restore / renovate any business premises.

I am not the business (shirt and tie) kind of guy but I am very good with people and put more hours in than anyone else i know. I have built up an extensive property portfolio over the past 8 years and they show a healthy income each month... although like everyone ive been credit crunched in recent years, my properties do still have equity in them and can be used to put towards security should the need arise in the future. The 30k ive built up over the past year is solely from excess rental income.
