    ok
    1. If you get the 10% and investigation says a "NO GO" then what?

    2. What city is it in?

    3. Whats the cash flow? That simply seems like an insane sale....makes little to no sense to me..1.8 in revenue and 250 for sale?.....

if i have the name of teh company and the state, i can pull the corporate credit right now and let you know if any of that is true(if the company is in the us) and if it has leans and so on.

yes your correct. what happens if its a no go? Well for one 1 i would sign a personal guarantee to pay back all money fronted etc..

In order to get the cash flow and list of assets , i need to prove to the broker that i either have the funds or have an investor that qualifies me to purchase and operate this business. Broker is being a real hard A$$.

I cannot give out name of business or city to just anyone as i dont want just any one trying to steal this away.

I currently have a a very large investor interested , but i must put everything together and make it presentable - so that includes me doing all the research, going in and doing building inspections, calling vendors and making sure the business is in good standing with them. Doing physical insight into foot traffic, etc.. Checking liquor licenses and make sure there are no outstanding fines. Contacting property owner and speaking about Lease terms and extensions etc...

i have one issue with the paying back of the money
its all well and good to give a personal guarantee
but if you cannot front the money now, how long will it take to repay?
i quick check with DnB will help a lot to show your potential investor some inside information on the company

right now u r talking about an exchange of 25K on faith

Its amazing how you people jump to conclusions. O yes this guy is just asking for money without even meeting ... wow. Get real people. be realistic.
All this assumption over me stating im not going to list the companies name - is this really the ridiculous info you are using to accuse me WOW you all really are the brightest people in america arent you.

This is an add to attract an investor and we would meet and do our du diligence of the business together. Dont assume people are out to steal money over the internet. To even accuse me of this is crazy. once again get real and take your accusations elsewhere please.

    its not about stealing
but i dont know any investor who will invest money into something when the would be entrepreneur is putting in nothing but time. especially with such a high investment. Whats stopping the investor from buying the bar and leaving you out? I suggest that you front the 25K if you can.

and MD, I am not trying to be mean. I am just giving some advise. I have helped clients acquire capital and its not as easy as you think when dealing with investors. Unless you have a rich uncle who is just doing you a favor.
