Investor sought for restaurant/bar in Thailand

I am an American chef with 25yrs experience in food industry. I am currently living in America and looking to relocate back to Thailand after working over there for over a year, so I am looking for an investor to help me open a bar/restaurant. I am looking for someone who is serious and is willing to be a silent partner while I do all the work. I have a business plan ready and and looking to do this ASAP so we can open before high season.
