Investor(S) WANTED Huge Market Huge Profits, 8 Years Experience!

I am looking for a Investor(S) to invest in a Poker Room Application with me.

Firstly i have been in the gambling industry for the past 8 years, i have owned, invested and sold over 30+ different poker websites from Affiliate sites, to Poker goods sites, Forums, CMS Bonus sites, Rakeback sites etc I was also a Semi-Pro Sponsored poker player at PartyPoker.com

I have had a pretty good time within the poker industry since i have lived from it for the past 8 years, I left school at 16 with no qualifications, i got my first money making website at 17, i was making £400 a month from my poker goods website 8 years later i am now making £2000-£3000 a month from poker websites.

I have plenty of experience within the poker market and im now looking to move the extra step and have my own poker application. Now before i get slated about " you will need hundreds of thousands of pounds to do this"

The poker room i have planned on having developed is not a "real money" deposit room, the room itself will have a vitual currency known as "fun/play" chips which you can purchase from the poker room.

The poker room itself will be hosted on Facebook, if you are not familiar with facebook applications google it

Zynga is Facebooks main Poker room, which currently makes 100 Million USD a year for (fun/play chips) through it poker application.

It boasts a massive 60 Million Monthly Active Users on its games worldwide.

Competition - Yes a new poker app on the scene would take time to develop and start making profits, - the app itself will take 2 months to develop (developer already found) Profits will come after another 2 months. How do i know?

A partner ran a trial on an application (poker) Within 1 month our test application had over 36,000 monthly users and began making money from the players (play chips).

Fun and games on social networks are very hot at this time and so is poker. being able to play your friends online is this years new niche for online gaming.

I am looking for capital/investmenst of $10,000 (USD) now this can come from 1 investor or upto 3 split 4 ways including me.

The $10,000 USD will cover the FULL development of the Flash based poker application, this includes, Admin backend, Design and script itself.

Server usage and costs will be covered by me on a monthly basis (around $150-$200)

YOU WILL NOT SEE A RETURN FOR THE FIRST 1 MONTH, But the second month you will start seeing the profits, now with the investment you will recieve Life time profit cuts if there are 4 investors it will be cut 4 ways etc or 1 invester 50/50.

Now your going to ask " why should i invest you already make £3000-£4000 a month.- Yes that is true BUT i am looking for an investor(s) who also has marketing experience, Poker knowledge and a background in Business (Legitimate i hope), an investor with no knowledge in poker or trade will be no use to me or the application. You will need to bring experience in owning websites. It doesnt have to be poker related aslong as you have a track record and history backing up your investment.

I am willing to invest my own money into the application aswell, Now i have allready 1 investor who wants to be involved and now we are seeking 2 or 3 more who want to join us on this venture.

If you would like to ask any questions please do reply or PM me.

If you would like to make an offer of any investment please do so by PM'ing me, No Financial information will be shown on the forum though is available via PM.

Thank you for reading my post.

You do realize that the software alone is going to cost you close to $100,000 to develop right? Whoever told you $10,000 is full of crap. Not to mention staff and getting approved by whoever regulates that stuff.

Edit: Nevermind, you're making an application not a gambling company. Either way it's still a dime a dozen.

It really wont , $10,000 is a high budget, an 200-300 mutiplayer tables will cost $6000 which doesnt include Buy chips features, Private tables, Unlimited tables, you have to remember its not a gambling company and the whole application is developed through flash & PHP. Its not a Poker Room like Fulltilt, pokerstars or partypoker, it is totally different.Nor is funds required for player backup funds as no real world money is betted on the poker room.

Zynga had theres developed for $8000, And they now rake in Tens of millions a month from Fun/Play chips.

We have quotes and Demos avaiable already from our developers. They have worked for Facebook Zynga, Acclaim, Yonja. We require only the best developers around.

Please Note: I have 8 years experience in owning poker websites, For the last 1 year i have been researching applications, 6 months i have been through many developers and recieved many quotes.
This is not a snide remark at the Moderator i know hes just doing his job, but i ask before anyone replies, do a little research and you will come back and see the potential and that $10,000 is a large budget for this kind of project project. I am looking for serious replies and serious investors. I love what i do and enjoy what i do within the poker industry and im willing to share my background and business with other people who wish to do the same.

How are they making $100,000,000 a year off play chips? You are suggesting people buy play chips? What can they cash them in for? And regulatory commision in the U.S. is going to have a field day with you. Answer here or be more specific in PM please.

What is your handle on partypoker?

    Thanks,

    Enjoy Life,
    Nick

Virtual Coins/Points are very profitable nowerdays which are hitting headlines all around the world, If you are familiar with games such as habbo hotel or WOW (World of Warcraft) then these games work in a similar way.

Here is a BBC article about the Billion $$$ boom in virtual goods.

Search Google for "bbc virtual goods boom"

People purchase Coins, Points, Chips to have the edge over there friends, to show off and to upgrade game experience within the game itself.

There is no value to the chips they are simply for FUN. people will part with money to enjoy there games, with poker players want to be ontop of leaderboards or play the higher buying tables, the ways to do this is to WIN chips but many do actually buy them! Yes its rediculous! But it happens.

Now legal information, This is NOT illegal it is 100% LEGAL, there is no regulatory commision involved due to the chips being Fun chips only and you are not betting real money. The only legal agreements and contracts that are signed are with the developers only.

Heres an example of how popular online fun chips poker is, Zynga has a massive following of over 15 MILLION ACTIVE MONTHLY PLAYERS! dwarfing dedicated online poker rooms like PokerStars and Full Tilt and PartyPoker.

I would also like to point out many options to make money from a poker application that i am suggesting,

    1# Players purchase ingame points/chips.
2# Players earn points/chips by filling out affiliated/sponsored surveys.
3# Sponsorship with real money poker tourneyments, WSOP / WPT .etc
    4# Advertising.
5# Profile Upgrades , Nickname Changes, Account Upgrades etc.
6# Gifts which can be sent to facebook friends (which will also increase traffic/installs)
7# Introduction of a second hand market similar to pokerstars which now also allow the sales of playchips.Only we would add a small % per transfer between players.
