I have a product/process that I am in the beginning stages of developing. Patent Search completed about 6 months ago and all is good on that front. New search will need to be completed though.

Product will be marketed exclusively to city governments / police departments. I have made the necessary connections within the city of Atlanta to move forward once I am ready or at least present once the prototype is ready.

More than one instance of the product can be implemented at a time within a city and each instance can net and extra $6 to $18 million in revenue. 10% would be the fee paid to our company. In a city like Atlanta, 3 to 5 instances of the product could easily be put in place. That's $1.5 to $5.4 million in revenue from one city on a yearly basis. We do this by licensing the software utilized by the product.

I need an investor or business partner that can assist financially with building the prototype, including paying for software design, as well as some paying some attorney fees.

Total investment would be under $50,000 with full return within 6 months. I'm willing to discuss partnership and create a mutually beneficial relationship.
