First, english isn't my "mother" language and I hope can explain me correctly.

I need an Investor or maybe a bussiness partner for open a Video Studio, the invesment is the 10.000 - 12.000 usd (american dollars).
I'm CEO of my internet company for more than 6 years, I can probe it, and I know very good the internet bussiness.

I have the enougth knowly for can be sure that will be a good bussiness and make good profit.

The bussines is legal and I will open in a east country.

I taked a credit Bank for other internet investment, and I cant take another.
We sell streaming audio/video and i imrpove the equipment.
In my opinion be CEO dont mean have $10K in my pocket.
The bussiness that i propose I'm sure is a good bussines and with good profit.
Think in that is the internet market that more money move and u will have a better idea.
