Investor needed for Repo Company start-up

I am looking for a start-up investment of $70,000 for a repo company. My business partner and I already have everything set up and waiting. We already have several major financial institutions on board and waiting. My partner has 6 years of repo experience and we are backed by another company in Mississippi that has been in business for 25 years. They are letting us take their business name and have set us up with all their accounts in TN. We are projecting a MINIMUM of $350,000 gross income our first year. We will be able to pay the investor back with in 1 year and are willing to negotioate the terms for the return. Please let me know if you can help with the funding or have any advice to give.
