Investor Needed for Night Club (Florida)

I'm looking for an investor(s) to assist me with opening a night club located in Florida - Tampa area to be exact. I'm experienced in the night club business and know the responsibilities and functions that come with operating one. I have staff, promoters, and entertainment set to go.

The investor(s) will receive part of the profits earned each month and if desired, the liquor license can be put under the investor's name. A liquor license is like real estate and gain value as time goes on. Everything we agree on will be written in a contract.

There are a few established clubs looking to sell their business along with the liquor license, so the club will be selected based on profit and the price the investor is willing to pay. I am actually meeting with an owner of a Strip club not far from Tampa regarding purchasing the establishment. We have found an investor that is interested in this type of venture, so it should be fairly interesting.
