Now the plan is to get a pre-established business from flippa, as these are much easier to work with (all you have to do is maintain the site and profit). The one I have in mind already averages a little over 1k per month. The niche is selling traffic (this niche is a bit saturated, however this site already has consistent income, meaning recurring customers.) Also this site is unique because it has unique content/design unlike alot of the other traffic seller sites Ive seen. This business is completely outsourced (meaning we just take orders and pass them on to freelance workers who do the actual work for a much smaller price and we profit big!)
I also plan on scaling up this method and expanding our profits by selling the services of the site on the main internet marketing forums (IE warriorforum, digitalpoint, blackhatworld, etc), once we are established on these sites we can easily make 100/ a day from each forum (there are about 5 or 6 main IM forums I plan on using). Also I will scale up the 60/month spent on advertising and increase traffic to the site (while using google adwords for more traffic, which the current site owner doesnt use as a source of traffic). As you can see this site has MAJOR potential. If you are available to invest let me know we can make this a partnership (where you invest in my different IM projects and we both profit) or a one time investment where I pay you back 200% of what you invested over a 6 month period.
