Basically, I am an SEO and webmaster, and over the past year or 2, the rise of MNS (Micro-Niche Sites) has been massive, and it seems the best way to earn a consistent, passive income online is via MNS. If you don't know what an MNS is #, well it is simply a small website, built to target small keywords with small competition. The keywords will generally receive around 1500 - 3000 searches per month, and because the competition is low, even the weakest of SEO could get it to the number 1 spot.

I know you are probably thinking that 1500 - 3000 searches per month isn't a lot, that is true, but when you know that the average CPC is $1 - $2 per click, then the amount they can earn per month can add up. Because they are so easy to build and promote (They are time consuming, but easy), the cost to build and promote (SEO) is usually covered within a month, leaving you with passive income from there on out!

My plan is to build between 50 and 100 MNS, each earning at least $2 - $5 per day, passive. This goal is easily achievable, and the time is what I have to invest .. The thing I do not have to invest is the capital. Things such as hosting, domain names, the outsourcing of article writers and other small SEO services can really add up, so the capital can add up quickly, but as mentioned before, when the sites are built and ranked, the capital can easily be returned within a month or 2 (max).

If we say $20 per site, we are looking at raising around $1500 capital, with the rest covered by me. (I have small capital, but definitely not enough to build to the scale I am envisioning). All the work will be done by me, and the profits will be split however you feel necessary!

This is a serious business venture and not just 'a bunch of websites', so I am hoping that the person involved can take this seriously, and can work with me to build a strong business relationship, which will potentially lead to us earning a lot of money.
