Investment opportunity (please read if you like cos-play or Halloween and you have money to make money with)
Hello im Raven Lunitic,
For over the last 20 years or more we have been involved in every aspect of the haunted attraction industry from acting to design,construction, prop making and management and operations.I have created and helped create some of the most known haunted houses in the ST.Louis Mo. and surrounding area. Not to mention I have assisted in the design of many haunts out of the state and country. As well i ran my own haunted house in 2007 Called The cadaverous which We created out of 95% recycled materials and as well we used over 75% solar power to run the event. We are now looking for a investor or a few investors who are in the costume, film buisness or just enjoys halloween.
we are creating a 4 phase business as detailed below.
Phase one: Creation of Shelandry studio.
This is a portion of what we do, this is ran by Sheila Netteler and myself to create costumes for Cos-play, haunted houses,stage and screen . Custom fit made to order costumes and accessories to fit anyone's needs and size.As well this phase of the business would offer all services yet would cater to the world of Anime Cos-play.
Phase Two: A location for a workshop and haunted house for Caotic Designs FX.
Caotic Designs Fx is Our Special effects Company, We create low budget haunted houses for other groups and charities to use to raise money for their individual causes or just for profit. We now wish to open one for our-self again to use for the Halloween season, and to be used as a movie set rent able to others during the off season ,as well as a location of our own film projects, and other events as well as our in house show room .
Phase Three : Creating or Expanding Zombie baby productions.
This is our Indy Film group we have created as more of a hobby as up to now , making a few short films and writing a few scripts . we already have one movie in pre production and with phase 1 and 2 we could start phase 3 right away.
Phase Four: Franchising to the rest of the USA and world with our charity brand haunt. At least 15% of all profit made from our haunted house operations would go to a new local charity each year, depending on what location or community needs...
I know to some of you it looks like a silly dream, but i have been in this business for over 28 years ,I have seen some people get very rich very fast of the back of my self and others.
