I haven't got a freaking clue what you are selling, renting, exchanging...or whatever it is your site is about. And, by calling them shares and stock, it concerns me that you are calling them something that they aren't, but could pose legal issue with the SEC.

    Thanks for your replies

    Thanks for your replies,
we will make some changes to make it easier to understand.

We were in a rush to finish the project but here's a brief recap of what it is:

Each share gets a "share" of the total web traffic received by SiteHoppin.com..

Each share in itself is a web page.

These are online stocks, web stock pages basically, and grow in value as overall traffic of the site grows.

Well, it's a micro-economy of its own and a complex system at first to understand but we will try to make it simpler for the future.

You may want to consider using words other then 'share' and 'stock' as JLeezer said you may run into problems with the SEC. I'm not a lawyer and this is not legal advice.

stock: maybe call it an 'online traffic segment'

When you use the word stock it sounds like people get ownership in your company. Are you incorporated?

I still think what ever you are doing is WAY to complicated. Start by using different words...
