Thumbs up Invest in me and a business

Hello i am from uk i am wanting to open a hot dog cart/stand business all i will be serving is a basic 8 inch hot dog with a number of diffrent sauces which i know where i am going to get them from the sauces will be mayonaisse, tomato , mustard ,bown sauce , bbq sauce also a few more which i am undecided of. i would like to sell hot dogs in a wrap style form aswel as the classic bun but i am not confident that i have found a good quality wrap as of yet ,the cold drinks ill be serving will be your standard canned drinks (coke cola , tango ) also i would like to serve coffe and tea(maybe hot choclate) and i have recently been to a place which sold the coffe and tea in a unique but quick and efficient way which atualliy made me buy a normal cup and the intresting one , using the same coffe, and there was a huge difference. i will hopefully be working in 2 maybe 3 locations to catch the breakfast and lunch crowd also at night as i have looked into working outside a nightclub which is very much possible as i would get the protection of the club bouncers aswel.
the sausages i will be using are a minimum of 85% meat and do not use cereals or artificial colours or flavouring and have less calories than a sausage roll on avg. i will have a crispy onion dispenser which the customers can use themselves, it adds to the experience the customer gets involved while having a great chat to me not for everyone. my menu will just consist of hot dog wrap or bun and drinks and sauces i will not have loads of different styles of hot dogs i will proberbly have a a dog of the season ,christmas will be are standard 8 inch hot dogs with sage and onion stuffing sounds unusual but i have tried it out and so have freinds and family 30 people all together and 25 liked and woud buy one from me i actually didnt have enough hot dogs there was suppose to be 2 each but some people were having 3 but luckily everyone tried one .i am stuck whether i shuld do a vegeterian option and also a friend pointed out that i should do a kids dog and i have a few ideas floating around my favourite one is the puppy meal . you will get a 6 inch hot dog any sauce a piece of fruit (sticking with the healthyish plan ) and a drink . but i am not sure of this will be good business even though we have alot of teen mums in area i will not be doing that straight away but will be in the close future . in the long run i will want to own a few more carts and then proberbly stick at that if it works out no point changing a good plan but i might consider opening up a small hot dog resturant if thats what i could call it where u get to sit down and enjoy your hot dog with background music and maybe a pool table because i have researched into it and my main consumer will be teenagers from the local college but i am not sure whether to do that because one of my other main consumers are actually office workers who want to grab and go i could even setup an internet connection in the place if i wanted to attract that market i think i have coverd everything and basically all that information was to ask if there is anyone who would like to loan or even invest in me and the business i will be using the loan to purchase the cart and items which i have got down to a decent price. i have a passion for hot dogs and a passion to be succesful cant beat that really so please if anyone is intrested i am 100% open to any suggestions sorry for the long essay and my punctuation i am not good at that stuff so thankyou for your time . Dean

A little too much information about your condiments.
We usually say...you didn't give us enough information...you gave us way too much.

Ever hear of paragraphs? Couldn't read all that information. Don't know what you want!

It looks to me like you have thought every thing out thoroughly. I would say go for it yourself, instead of asking for investments. I have heard of government investment schemes and small grants for start-up businesses. Perhaps you should explore that avenue more thoroughly.

Does the government in the UK give out grants for hot dog carts?
In the US the government does not give grants for such a business.
