Hello all, I run a band, golf, student and general touring agency in the Czech Republic, and I've just bought a huge building with the aim to set up an office, run a venue / recording studio, band accommodation and pub from. The building is in need of repair, so I'm looking for an investor to come in and help run the tours (optional), and finance half the reconstruction with me. The investment needed would be around £70,000 to £80,000 + (estimated).

Once this building has been reconstructed, and a few years growth in the Czech market, the profit on the building alone is worth the investment.
