I'm looking for an investor for an existing family real estate business we have here in Davao City Philippines. We have been building and selling residential homes since 1999, and have very much benefited from the profits. The profits of which has brought up another business, a grocery to be specific, in order to diversify our lines.

I'm in need of a financer that can infuse at least $150,000 capitalization to expand our original business, as we have only realized the potential of which the past year. I can guarantee that as financer of our project, you can get 30% profit from your investment in a span of 8 months to one year. Basically this is on a per project basis, which means after we sell the property, we have to discuss on whether we should start on another project with you, or if you would opt out with your original capitalization and your profit.

During the operations we will be transparent with you so as to avoid problems, especially in terms of trust since this is a big amount that you will be investing.
