    invest in a profitable pub

I have a number of ideas which need funding, some are already in motion and just need money for expansion and another larger scale one which is just an idea but has a lot of potential. These are not quick rich schemes nor will I promise you returns of 100% in days or weeks.
I will start with the first one which is already in motion
I have a very good bar in an awesome location.I can provide photos .its located in a residential center at the ground floor of a ten storey apartment building(I can provide google earth shots as well).the only competition we have is another bar downstairs more oriented towards the oldies.Opposite us we also have a college and more apartments not mentioning the houses all round extending in a 7 km radius to the other next nearest pub.
We started operating this place about three months ago and so far the monthly revenues have been about $6000 with fixed expenses of rent +utilities at $500,workers $150 and alcohol at $3500,leaving us with profits of about $1850,lets just say $1500,since we at times pay ourselves(me and my brother).currently the problem and reason I need this investment is that the place is run down and in need of a facelift, the toilets are in a bad state and just a whole lot of probems, this was due to mismanagement on the part of the old owner,it was even closed down for non payment of rentals until I came in.Even the customers we have are what you can call the old faithfulls who used to frequent the place in its better days and are hoping we renovate it.
The money we need is basically for the following:
A Television set : soccer season is on and people here are football crazy.its a must:about $1000 here
    Furniture:$700
    A freezer:$300
    And alcohol stock. $800
About $1500 for me to clear the debt I entered into in order to acquire the place though this isn’t very urgent, its just that it might affect our cash flow.
Total is $4300 but I can squeeze out some things like the debt, put minimal furniture, and get less stock if need be so as to bring the total down.
I would like to make this a very good place to attract the people around us who have to go into Town(about 10km)out to have a drink at a decent place.the other advantage we have is that being right near people’s homes,we get traffic every day from different people, some workers who want a drink before getting home so we are not just limited to weekends,we actually on some weeks sell more on Tuesdays and Wednesdays than weekends as people choose a quick drink over a night club.
Please contact me for more information:I can provide photos of everything including the broken toilets, small t.v and furniture.location:Ndola,Zambia

Why cant you ask that money from a bank... its something 4% interest while any investor will except minimum 40-100% return?

tried three banks so far.:need colateral like house, must have minimum one year record and the lending rates here are 21% per annum(you can google bank of zambia).the microfinance places are at 4% mounthly coming to 48% per year, tried them as well, same requirements just a little lax...I do not fear the high interest very much so long as the numbers agree and I can make more than am making now.
