invest and get 280% in 2 years

    Hi,

I am an experianced enterpreneur and have a new project.

I intend to start up the idea/prject and run it for 3-4 years and sell it then.
The magic about this project - unlike those I have done before is it makes a profit with in 12 months and doubles in 18 monts and nearly tripples in 3 years.

There are 490 thousand shares (49%) for sale. 1 share is now estimated for 4usd.

With in 8 months a venture capital firm will purchase 30% of total shares - i.e. there will be a increase in shares to meet the ownership diversity. But the value will be the same as the value of the company will sky rocket when the additional capital is generated.

Let me know if you are interested - 1000 share or more and an executive summary will be provided.

    Gunnar

You have an idea/project that has not been started yet and you are already valuing the company at $4MM ?

And in 8 months you have a VC firm which is going to purchase 30%? How do you know this?

the value is seen with the turnover it will produce within the 2 years. As it will produce revenue with over 8 million in the first 2 years. However the cost the first 2 years is a little more than expected. But after the first 2 years the cost can be minimized. For your question regarding the vc company; they do not do startups but want to be involved in product development and marketing.

every knowledgeable person knows that everything that hasn't happened yet is speculative.

You are only forecasting the stated numbers, just like every successful and failed company has done.

You haven't said any information that would set you apart from the crowd of others stating the same hopes.

Plus, if you know ahead of time that you are selling 30% of shares, usually the entity will hold those shares until they are sold (not increase the amount of shares at that time); thats how most attorneys do things here in the states, apparently its different in iceland or this isn't very well thought out.

As every attorney knows too, everything that has happened is also specalative and under judgment and interpertations. It depends on the ways of calculation also.

Ofcourse I haven’t laid forward any information that would not set me apart from the crowd – if the hopes would be different I wouldn’t be here. Everyone hopes for a profit, a quick one and a big one.

For your last remark it is ofcourse a judgment issue. The size of the enterprize is thus so big it needs additional funds when it comes to marketing and product development – Even though a buyer is set. It is the ellement on hwo much the vc company will own in persentage of the company with the funds that they provide and not setting the ownership of the remaining shares to a lower value.

And ofcourse these are all issue for debate and reason where as the element of best management and future prospects are always looked opon as a gain for further growth.
