Anybody have any experience dealing with incubators or have an understanding of their due diligence process? I feel that an incubator is exactly what I'm looking for but I'm unsure of how (or who) to approach.

P.S. Starting a business right now is a bitter sweet experience. Sweet, everything is cheaper so startup costs are down, bitter, nobody feels secure enough to invest in new ventures. </rant about crappy economy>
