    Import-Export partners needed

So, I had this idea for a long time. i am in the USA, and I am looking for partners overseas. You could live in UK, India, Brazil or any other country, it doesnt really matter. For last few years i ve been doing car tuning parts and accessories to Europe, South americas and Australia (intake, exhaust, lightning, etc). Most business would be done online, for which of course, a decent website is needed. It could be anything. What we need: a good market research, website, and have steady supply of product across Atlantic. i am open to ideas, if you have any.

    Hey fella,

I'm also American and will be moving to Thailand in the near future. I have also been looking into opening an import/export business and could possibly be interested in partnering with an individual(s). Perhaps we should coincide our efforts.

    Hi,
i cannot email you, or even sent you a private message...I am glad that you are interested in this business... I ve been dealing with UK, Australia and other European countries, and I was looking for partners overseas....
I live in San Francisco Bay area, next to Oakland port, ant other facilities. I deal with BMW, Subaru, Honda, VW, Nissan, Audi and other car parts and tuning accessories.
my main business is done on eBay, but the problem is that shipping is too expensive. So my idea was to ship items by bulk and then distribute them inside the country... Thats the idea behind it..
In india, you would have to do market research, tell me whats hot whats not, I het it over here and ship it to you.. its very straightforward, no nonsense, real business. I just need people who are willing to do something about it

    Hello,
glad you interested. Plan is simple really, and just requires 2 you in India, growing market...big potentials there..
Idea is to resreach market, do a little homework, find potential markets for new products, available in USA. Have them shipped by large quantities over your country and resell it inside the country. Large quantities doesnt mean sea container, at the beginning it would be our starting point. I have experience with car parts and accessories, but it could be anything - electronics, clothing, etc. This potentially could be very good business, as long as both sides communicate and are honest with each other. You would give me information and feedback about market, consumer habits, etc, I would find items, get the best price and hopefully make money of it... I just have to find similar-minded people who want to do this.
This buiness can be run from home, as long as you have good internet connection. Decent web site is a must, also...

    jake,
glad to hear it mate, I was actually quite succesfull at selling items in Australia. But the problem is shipping. Say, it costs as much as 65$ to send a pair if taillights to AU, but if you pack 10 of them, it will cost about 380$, thats 38$/unit, which significantly reduces item costs and gives upper head. ..
I started this thing by getting requests from my friends in Europe to buy this or that, and since I have an eBay account, it was easy... then i figured... what if I can buy in US ebay and sell it UK or Australian..... And thats what I did for a whole year, hehe... go to eBay: Neue und gebrauchte Elektronikartikel, Autos, Kleidung, Sammlerstücke, Sportartikel und mehr ? alles zu günstigen Preisen (germany), or ebay co.uk in Great britain, I can make auctions there... So I was making aucions in UK ebay from my home in California, but Europe has way too many competition. It used be easy, now everybody wants a piece of a pie.
But markets in Australia, Central America are empty, and theres nobody there, and I see big potential, since we wont have to share any market lol...
My main products were car related, since I am an enthusiast and car nut myself ) -target audience - young, hip enthusiasts, who have money to spend on accessories, want to modify their car or make it stand out.... all cars are very modifiable, and (especially BMW and Subaru) are extremely popular everywhere in the worlds, and people who purchase them usualy end up with certain mods.... So thats idea.....
Main products- headlights, taillights, exhaust modifications, interior details, engine dress-up kits, spolers/grilles/mirrors, and so on.
I have a go0od idea, I have product, i have experience, all i need, is the right person to kick this off, and you could be your own boss....
Its not easy at beginning, you won`t get rich overnight, but if you try hard enough, hell, sjy is the limit...
Australia is great market. Email me antose9@hotmail.com, and we will talk more

Pm me some samples (including price) of anything from:
"Main products- headlights, taillights, exhaust modifications, interior details, engine dress-up kits, spolers/grilles/mirrors, and so on."
So I could see if your price is competitive and could be sold for profit.
And if you would just be buying from ebay.com and reselling to us why couldn't we just buy from ebay.com ourselves (except the fact that some sellers do not ship outside US if they are based in Us) ?

Like you said, not all sellers ship to europe, another thing, I dont buy items on ebay and resell them. I use ebay to find contacs and sellers. Then I negotiate with them directly to buy bulk/larger amounts of products, get volume discounts, etc. I try to get the best deal I can, with some of them I have been dealing for few years, developed good relationships. I was making a sample site for a guy in Central America, made a short list of product here EZTuners.com... home of car fanatics.. Home Page, but its not all complete
