I'm Looking for Investors or a Partner

I'm looking for investors in the retail Industry. In my area we have only 1 Outlet Mall here, we have a lot of tourists that comes to our area every day, and we have tour buses that bring guest and drop them off to Shop, then pick them back up and take them to their location. Our Main Attraction here is the Casinos, we have I think about 7 Casinos here or more.

We had a flood a while back and many Stores didn't close but moved because business got slow for two months. We have never had a flood like that, but the casinos closed because they are on water.(MS River) So now we have so many vacancies here that's ready for operation. I'm trying to open up a Retail Store with the items I make and will carry items to compliment what I make.

At this time No other stores here in the immediate area carry what I will be carrying so no competition, (surely the items of the same nature can be bought elsewhere) but my items I make will be an exclusive to them here locally in the Community) we once had a store like the one I'm trying to open but it left years ago too.

Any ideas where to look for a partner or investors?

The Businesses didn't occur damage because the water never made it to the businesses it just affected the whole reason why people visit the area to enjoy the Casinos, and since they were flooded with water, no consumers.
