I'm looking for Business Partners, Investors, or Venture Capitalists

I own and operate a Cosmetic Teeth Whitening company in Arkansas that is cash flow positive after 4 1/2 short months. I'm looking for an investor/partner to help me expand my business. I'm on track to make $120,000 in gross sales in my first year. My plan is to expand and cover Arkansas which currently I'm the only dealer here and I have an opportunity to cover this area and lock out my competition. I'm looking for an investment of $200,000 to $250,000 and I'm willing to give up 20%-25% of my company for investment.

I'm looking to expand and have multiple locations that are all networked together with the POS software I use. Also once I get bigger the more buying power I will have and the cheaper I can buy my products I need for my stores which in turn mean bigger profits.

I have a breakdown of how the money would be used and I estimate total gross sales to be in excess of $1M once I expand and that should be in about 18 months.

I could take on more business partners for a smaller amount of $200k to $250k but that would also mean a smaller share of the company. It takes between $20k and $23k per location to get setup with minimal cost. It would take between 18 to 24 month before you would see full investment back and you would still have a share of my company. I would be willing to do all the work needed. I just need the capital to expand.

Any advice or direction would be nice. I have been trying for awhile now and I found this website and I posted and no replies. If I were to get the full amount and give up 20% of my business after 18 months when I get fully expanded estimated ROI would be $240k+ per year at 20% stake of the company.

This business is a very hot business here and I would like to get expanded to ensure my spot in this Area as the #1 provider before anyone else with the money comes in and takes over this market.

Please help me with any advice as to finding an investor or other sources of income to help me with this project.
