If you send me a bus plan or Exec sum, please consider the folloing

I've had a few responses to my post regarding my investing/looking for new opportunities, so far I've received a few business plans and executive summaries, unfortunately they were quite badly written or were just very bad. The best advice I can give anyone who is serious about getting an investors attention is to do the following:

Put together something that gives a birds eye view of what product/services you are providing, who your target market is, why your services would be more compelling that anyone else's, what your unique value proposition is, if any. What the experience/backgrounds of the management team is, how much you are looking for an idea of what it will be spent on and realistic ROI

If any of you are serious about raising money these are the very basic items that should be included in the summary with the full plan laying out all the details; use of funds, cash flow projections etc.

May I ask what is the total amount of venture capital you have available? I might have to send some b-plans your way.

I doubt it's real, look at the title of the post. No investor I know would spell like that. If by any chance you are a real investor then excuse this and work on your spelling.

Yes - I'm for real, guess I should run spell check before posting, or check out how other "real investors" spell things You can find more about me at Department B

As for funds, I'd prefer to keep single investments less than six figures, however, willing to entertain compelling proposals.
