Ok. So I founded the website Pics or Shens We receive ~5,000 and 10,000 views a day so the site has tons of potential. I am not experienced with running websites so I am looking for a partner who has web design skills as well as the basic knowledge of how to run a website.

I will help you run it and pay for the hosting and domain, you just have to design and maintain the site when it needs it. As you can see it is in need of a serious makeover.

Sorry. I wrote this thread wrong. What I am looking for is someone who can develop the site for me and then I'm going to manage it. So once they're done developing it, they'll still be making money while I'm doing the work.

And the hacking issue has been taken care of.
