I need one good entrepreneur to finance

Hello again my fellow YEs!

You might remember those kids a couple of years ago who invented a paint that turned any surface into a whiteboard. Or that Austrian cosmetic salesman who took a Thai energy drink and re-labelled (actually just translated!) it as Red Bull.

I have come to some money, not much, and I'm looking for a bright guy or gal who has an even better idea than those above. I don't care if you realize it's better, just be able to explain it to me, and I'll judge.

I'm young, hold an Italian passport (meaning I can and want to travel everywhere) and I'm willing to turn a little money and a little creativity into our first million (each).

I don't plan it to be easy, but I plan it to be fun.

I'm hearing ideas.

Remember, you don't have secret treasures, you have seeds. So you may post your ideas here. If you are afraid someone would "steal" your idea, then you don't realize it's not yours until you can make it better than the competish.

My real estate agent got in touch with me last month with a nightclub opportunity in the carribean, one i was looking at purchasing last spring. I had the capital last spring but my partner came down with a very bad sickness and almost lost his life so was forvced to remain here in Canada and the capital fell thru. The price has dropped due to some bad investments by the current owner on some property. Not sure how deep your pockets are, but this is a solid opportunity.

What type of return are you looking for? Or is that to be discussed depending on the partner?

You mean what % of the return? Of course we want the ROI to be as high as possible.

Depending on the operation/company, I'd be looking for a 2 to 4 people partnership. So 50%, less only if it's dazzling.

Good moment to clarify:
I'd be puting little money, all my time and effort, and worldwide mobility.
