I need an investor to help start up a sweet shop.

I already found the perfect location. My idea would be to have a bakery that would sell desserts by the slice. We would also cater to specialty cakes, wedding & birthday cakes. My dream has always been to open a cake shop. Cakes would be baked daily and customers would come in for coffee and a slice of their favorite cake. I have 20 years experience in cake decorating and would love to do this on a full time basis. The location's city has nothing of this sort and is just a half mile off of the interstate. Traffic and shopping volume is high. Location is an end shoppe in a newly built shopping center. I would need about $60,000 start-up capital for equipment and display units.
