I am looking for a partner to start a real estate empire from scratch

I have a day job and I don't plan on quitting it. But, I wanted to find another business
savy individual who would be interested in going in on foreclosed properties with me.
I am not interested in buying and flipping. I am interested in buying and holding
and rolling over the rental profits into more properties. Check out bid4assets.
Many of the homes on there are in need of repair, but it goes to show that you could
get in at a low cost and start renting out the properties... (if you picked the ones that need
the least repair.) You would start with some low-income housing and slowly build until your residual income is enough to buy middle-income housing and rent those out, etc. I know it can be done!
...But you would have to be willing to forgo income for a while to build the portfolio. Send me an email if you are interested. Thx.

Just thought I would add that I have an International Business Degree.
2 investment properties. And working on the Master's Degree.
