Huge web project (Adult Industry)

As this is my first post, I would like to greet everyone on this forum.

I am an experienced web developer living in London, for living I develop any size web systems usually from scratch for companies.

My and my colleague came up with an idea a year ago, about making an adult social network, it's not really like others and the overall plan is great we even have a basic prototype written already, my friend had been working in adult industry for years, but unfortunately all his contacts right now are 'frozen' because he left some time ago, and therefore we need to renew contacts hopefully with investors.

We need an investment of around £400k but for now we need of course much less than that, this kind of money is only for a longer term, to start off £20k would be enough.

I would like to note, that me and my friend are able to develop the whole system from the start to the end and maintain it, which means there is no need of hiring another staff, we have all the knowledge we need. The project could possibly return millions in profit very quickly.

Please excuse my post if I haven't included something, I work as a programmer and I do not have much experience in this kind of things.

Any kind of feedback or help in going the right path would be extremely helpful.
