Hollywood celebrity & movie industry company seeking investors

Hi all,

I'm not a big fan of the cold call "forum pitch" but my investor associates move like turtles and we are up against tight deadlines so here I am.

I am the president of a company that produces high end products for the movie industry. The high dollar products are used for promotional and marketing purposes by the movie studios for their feature films. We then retail them on the open market.

Our relationships include exclusive contracts with companies like Paramount, 20th Century Fox, MGM, Lionsgate and others. Some of our promotional channels include The Academy Awards, Emmy Awards, Grammys and many others.

We are not an "idea" or "concept" the company is new joint venture of 3 existing companies. We have developed products in the market.

We are seeking capital in the sum of $519k with a pre-money valuation of $1,730,000. Projected 12 month GP of $1.2 mill, & $791K operating income. 5yr projected GP of $10.1mill, & $8.1mill operating income.

Capital needs are for the launch of some new lines. Terms are negotiable. We are seeing some traction, however no signed commitments yet so I won't know what our funding gap is until probably later next week.
