Question Growing Fast, But Suffering Growing Pains - Advice Please!

I own and run a small company that is growing fast. I have developed a line of medical devises that are selling like hotcakes. Recently, I have been given the opportunity to have my products promoted and sold on some very high traffic catalogs within my niche market.

I anticipate $20-$30k a month in sales from these venues, however, they pay net 45. This means that I will have to come out of pocket for the first two and a half months to meet their supply demands. I just don't have that kind of cash and my personal credit is fair to midland. My company is a recently formed LLC that does not have any credit.

I do not want to blow this opportunity. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I could get financing?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Have you looked for an investor?

    What about angel investors?

I was more interested in some sort of bridge loan. I have one silent partner already that owns 25% and do not think that it is necessary to give up anymore.

does the company have any assests that could be used as collateral? Since the company doesn't have any credit you might, key word might, be able to go after a short term SBA loan but they will want something to back it up, such as equiptment, property etc.. i have also worked with owners who have used their personal residence as collateral for a 60 day bridge loan from a bank but this was in 2004. banking requirements have changed since then.

We are not needing a large amount of credit. Somewhere in the $25,000 or less range would be sufficient.
