Anyone have any idea of how to take advantage of this opportunity? Or is this just imaginary money that won't actually end up in the hands of small businesses?

They aren't just giving that money away. It's being loaned.

Imaginary Money, it's just a cover up program to help improve the image of a company ripping off the American People.
