I live in orlando florida, and done some business with buying homes and selling them when the big boom went on. Now I've seen a lot of properties that have alot of potential. I have also notice that there is a lot of investor from europe and up-north area like NJ, NY, PA investing in these properties. I want to start networking and looking for investors to show them potential properties. I know and work with several realtors in the orlando area.


Any ideas or advise on how to start will be greatly appreciated.
