Funds needed to salvage a shipwreck

"It is reported by my historians that the ship sank with carats of diamonds which were purchased in Golconda, India in the year 1771. These diamonds are in 17 chests. It is also reported by the governor at the time that one of the diamonds is as big as a mans fist which would be about 3,000 carats. This shipwreck is sitting in 20 feet of water over 3 miles from shore in the African country of Mauritius. My company and I need money to go recover the diamonds and gold coins. I have photos and video I took when I found the wreck. The country of Mauritius, Africa has over 600 documented treasure wrecks."

There are plans to salvage more ships all over the world with treasure.
Looking for interested parties in partnering up with a treasure hunter.
It would be best if you have dealt in this field before.
