My name is Stephen M. Levinson and I am developing an iPhone/iPad game and webisode with the creator of the Nickelodeon show "Fanboy & Chum Chum." We are developing a fun game centered around Bing Bong, an amoeba who lives on the moon who hopes to one day come to earth!
The project requires a $70k invest, $37k which has already been accounted for by other investors. This is where the opportunity comes for you!
I'm offering up 23% of Inkky Games LLC, the company which owns Bing Bong, for $33k. So not only will you receive 23% of all Bing Bong-Related sales, but 23% of all sales of future games we do under Inkky Games.
I am looking for either 1 or 2 investors for this project. I am leveraging 49% of the company for the entire cost to the investors. Eric Robles, the creator of the Nickelodeon show will be receiving 2% without a monetary investment. He has a ton of great ideas for this project and really wants to kick ass on it.
The art is absolutely beautiful, the character is dimensional and relatable, and the game has several mini-game type gameplays in it. The game centers around Bing Bong trying to get to earth by collecting rocketship pieces from the evil Zibob! Collect the pieces, free Bing Bong and fly to earth! This project is currently in-development and is not yet completed. The full cost for the $70k includes the cost to develop the game, art for the game, and budget for marketing the app and producing the animated episode. The contracts are already written up and we're waiting for our last investor(s)! We initially had the $33k covered by an investor, but due to unfortunate property damage he had to call it off. This project is moving full force and I'm VERY excited about it!
I've also showed the art and idea to the creator of the Nickelodeon show "El Tigre" who loved it as well, and he will be consulting on the project. Here are links to information about the Nickelodeon shows.

There is an infinite potential of thousands of game ideas that can incorporate these awesome characters. There is no limit to the number of possibilities. This could potentially be the next Mario Brothers franchise!
We will generate revenue by selling the app for $.99, the iPad version for $1.99. A free version trial for free with ads inside, advertisements on YouTube for the webisode and on the website. Additionally, we will sell an Art-Of-App for all the production work used to create Bing Bong's world. This will be free, have how-to-draw Bing Bong videos in it, commentary etc. We will have Ads in this app as well. Also, plush toys are being developed and we will see interest after launch. We have many other additional ways to generate revenue.
