I am currently working on the launch of a website, which is going to revolutionize the way people learn on the internet.

The website is going to solve the problems of:

Content fragmentation (there is plenty of good content about ANYTHING but who the heck wants to spend ages organizing it all before actually starting to learn a new skill)
Weak content verification (you do not know who teaches you something online and how experienced they are themselves)

Apart from that it is going to make learning a much more fun process because of some community elements, that are going to be implented.

If you are an experienced, hard working web developer (design skills are negligible) and you are interested in joining this project, feel free to contact me. I can offer you a share of the business (percentage needs to be negotiated) as well as monetary payment if you prefer that over a higher share of the business.

I can promise you that I am not going to waste your time - I know what I want, I am hard working and I already have experience in webdesign and development. I am just not an expert but I can communicate with you.
