Experienced mobile app developer needed for startup

Providence, RI based start-up company looking for mobile device app developer w/ minimum of 3 yrs of software development to design and program innovative, web-based electronic medical record (EMR) for hospital and outpatient clinics. We have been exposed to a number of EMRs, most of which are clunky and full of redundancy. Most physicians complain about their existing EMRs, and few have been developed for ipad and tablet use. We are looking for a partner who will work closely w/physicians to design and develop user-interface and back-end compatibility for radiology imaging, prescription, drug reference, and email programs. Requirements: candidate must be proficient in Xcode, Android SDK, Eclipse, iOS4 (iPhone, iPad), Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch. He/she must have expert knowledge w/ web technologies including REST, XHTML/HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, NET tech (VB, C#, ASP, Visual Studio, C++).
