Do you accept UK investment, also i feel that 5% for 5k is a bit weak, you are valueing you business way to highly.

What would the money go towards specifically? Would this go strictly towards advertising/promotion? Will this include maintenance and up keep? Will partners be paid their time using the funds??

5% doesn't seem worth the investment, although I dont' know all the details. Why would anyone invest the money for such a small percent of the equity? How many investors are you looking to find? You start cutting the pie into slices and everyone loses out.
