Seeking $1 million acquisition funding for existing software company. Company currently maintains net profits to service proposed debt at over 2.0x (DSCR). Prefer debt financing, but would consider equity investment for the right investor. Product is a software application, nothing to do with e-commerce. Acquisition would be an unsolicited bid, so we're not yet able to post industry/financial details. We're looking to gauge lender/investor interest and find funding sources.

Also, has anyone had success using SBA 7(a) or Bank financing to fund software company acquisition (i.e. intellectual property/program code/revenue-stream acquisition with limited tangible assets)?
