I am the owner of an HVAC business that has been around for 16 years now. We have done well as a business but haven't seemed to been able to find the right people to push us into sustained growth. I am looking for business partners, preferably ones who are currently or are willing to train to become HVAC technicians. A fifth of the capital could go towards a three month training program. No previous HVAC experience or schooling necessary, although it would be an asset.
