Equity Partner Needed for Mortgage Note Investments

Hello all,

I'm seeking an equity partner to provide the financing so I can start a holding company that buys 1st position performing mortgage notes at a discount. I already have access to tens of millions of dollars of these notes I just lack the capital. I'm seeking an initial investment of between five and ten million dollars. The potential investor(s) funds will be safe as the notes are secured by the underlying real property. Only notes with borrowers who have good to excellent credit scores and a great payment history will be purchased. If anyone is interested please let me know.
