Entrepreneurial Web Designer in Need Tucson or Southern California

Hey Everyone,

My business partner and me have created a business plan we are planning on implementing but we need one more component for our team; a web developer. I am pre-business major , and my business partner graduate of the Eller business program at the U of Arizona and majored in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.

The developer will need to be fluent in PHP for an interactive website. You will be developing a market place where people can exchange services, but this is not a social networking site. This is has proven interest to investors and has a viable business model which will be shared with you if you seek further interest. Compensation will be at your discretion either equity or a combination of equity and cash. Look forward to hearing from you.

I need the site completed within the next 4 or 5 months and make it easy to have someone else update the site once you are finished or you can continue to maintain it for more compensation
