I'm a young entrepreneur from Slovakia, that used to live in Delaware, US and Montreal, Canada and now, for 3 years I have been developing the local european markets (as European Union isn't one market, but 27 small markets with different languages, cultures, history, traditions, financial systems and penetration of high speed internet).

I managed to create the basics for a successful international e-commerce company this supply channels from US and Asia, business customers if most of the EU countries and set-up an e-commerce website with our own source-code, brand name, domains in several countries and product lines.

We deal in consumer electronics, computers, batteries and consumables.
The latter two are of our interest this year: BATTERIES and CONSUMABLES. I am already in dealings with regional distributors of Canon, HP, Nikon, Sony, Olympus and Panasonic and most of them are ready to by signed (Sony is the most difficult to deal with).

So we have the channels, we have regular B2B customers and end-consumer sales through e-shops, AdWords adds and local PPC adds.

We are looking for an investment of $60,000USD with repayment i full in 2years, where we pay the interest monthly. We already have $30,000USD of our own capital. But as we are a Delaware based company, not paying taxes in Europe, nor in the US (we don't have any operations in US), it is impossible for us to receive a loan from any local bank.

We are looking for ONE partner in some of there countries: Sweden, Germany, Switzerland as in these countries we still need to develop our business, or we are looking for an investor (80% of the funds will be in stock with tax-free profit 30-70%).
